Our main goal for the Living Well Programs is to teach experientially innovative ways of loving our children and ourselves into wholeness, communicating and living peacefully in harmony with one another, bringing out and celebrating each individual's unique creative abilities.

Daily Life Therapy

In too many ways than can be counted, our society lives in separation. That is to say people of all ages are walking around all over the place feeling lonely, without, poor, isolated, needy, etc. Because of these deep feelings, many people are acting out crimes -- stealing, rape, and even murder. To many psychological counseling sessions provide us mounting evidence that criminals, or those people that do bad things, aren't necessarily bad people who must be killed or locked away forever. Further more, studies indicate that therapy costs less than locking people away, especially if the person is young. Behind a person's bad deed is a wounded child within who feels profoundly unloved.

These negative patterns are much easier to remedy at a younger age. What is the remedy? Discovering how to be more loving adults to our children, and the child within ourselves.

Therapy needs to come out of the clinic and into our everyday lives. Going to a counselor for therapy that ends in an hour is like stopping an open-heart surgery session because there is not enough time. Very little change can take place. Retroactive results often occur because the psychological wound has been opened and the person feels more vulnerable. Then they are sent back home and subjected to or seduced back into their toxic lifestyle.

The Living Well Daily Life Therapy Program is designed to create real change in the way families live and relate to one another. It is a way of returning to our evolutionary continuum of living peacefully, harmoniously, and with dignity.
